We are currently looking for a fixed term Services Assistant to join our Shoreside Passenger Operations team, where no two days are the same. This is a full time position, fixed term until September 2025, and will be based in our Terminal in Southampton.

You'll be working in a unique and busy fast paced environment with an excellent opportunity to show your creativity and passion in delivering superb customer service.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the food and beverage offer within our terminal areas and ensuring first class service delivery. 

You’ll need excellent face-to-face communication and customer service skills gained through significant experience within a ‘front-line’ customer orientated environment.

A hands on, proactive approach will be key to achieving the company/ department objectives. Successful applicants will also need to possess excellent team player skills.

Hours are worked on a rostered shift system operating over 21 hours, 7 days a week, including bank holidays, and will vary between early starts and late finishes.
