Customer Advisor - Contact Centre (Fixed Term)

We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Contact Centre team. This is a fixed term contract 8- 16 hours a week until September 2025, additional hours will be available subject to business needs.

 

This role will include combination of home working and office based working in our Head office.

 

As a Customer Advisor in the Contact Centre, you will be the first person that our customers talk to, so it is vital that you make a positive and lasting impression whether on the phones or via email. As a Contact Centre Agent your knowledge of our products and services are key, engaging with our customers by giving them compelling reasons to choose Red Funnel.

 

You will be working as part of a fast-paced and supportive team. 3 weeks of full training from our experienced colleagues will be provided at our Head Office in Southampton.

 

Hours will be on a rolling rotation and will require applicants to have flexibility to include shifts at weekends and evenings.
