Here at Red Funnel, we are looking for a Technical Superintendent to lead our Hi-Speed and Infratstructure team. We are looking for a candidate with extensive technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing vessels. You will collaborate closely with an established team, reporting directly to the Head of Technical.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Second Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a small ship operator / management company. Experience in a Hi-Speed environment is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, especially those involving infrastructure and refits.
• Strong communication skills are essential for managing team dynamics and ensuring smooth operations.

The role requires knowledge and skills both in technical operations but also in people management and leading from the front in all areas.
